Thanks a lot for the reply. Since my last post in this thread, I came back on track and lost 12 pounds since.

I've started doing P90X with lowcarbing on dec the 1st. I'm getting great results so far and I'm pretty sure by the end of this program, I'll have reached my goals. Even though I have a whole cheat day every week, I find that I still lose weight. I guess it's cuz of the intense P90X workouts and the almost perfect diet
