I can't believe I just stumbled upon these oopsie rolls! I'm doing LC (again), but never saw them before! Amazing. I have made the original revolution rolls in the past. they were OK, but these totally rock! I can't wait to make a cake, donuts, etc. with them!

While they aren't exactly like a hamburger bun, it sure was nice to HOLD a burger tonight!

I have some LC chocolate mousse in the fridge too, I think for dessert I might cut an oopsie in half and make a mousse sandwich!
