I made these for the first time this evening from the basic recipe on your blog. They came out perfect! DH and I had simple pastrami sandwiches for dinner and we were both happy!
I didn't want to dig out my hand mixer so I used a wisk for the egg whites...took a little while but I did it(carpal tunnel be damned!)and had no trouble combining the mixtures. Wish I had taken a photo. Thank you so much for these!
