I'll be happy to help you learn to eat this way for life.
I suggest that you start a journal here and use it daily for many different things. One thing I used mine for was to log my food daily for accountability. That helped me to learn to eat this way for life....that was 7 years ago and I have not regained any of my weight...yet! I don't intend to either!!

We have the food lists and meal plan guides here that are in the book, for you to print up and use as reference. They are located in our weekly weighin thread.

I'll be back later with more ideas for you.
