No prob, Felicie. I had to cut caffeine down. Made me groggy and grumpy a couple of days, but it's getting better. Others have reported (on the low carb friends site) that they feel more energetic once that 4th day is by. I've ordered protein shake powder from amazon, after looking at reviews and what they said on the forum, I got Designer Whey brand. Has all the nutrients the plan requires, and most people say it's tasty. I'm planning on trying some of the recipes they recommend...pumpkin pie, banana nut, gingerbread. (look at all those carb-y treats I listed!!!!) I hope what they're saying is true...the higher protein shakes keep you fuller longer. I don't need to be feeling hungry!!! I still need to get a few things from the grocery store, like coconut milk, and heavy whipping cream.
