Yesterday did

NO MORE DAYS LEFT, till my 5 month weigh-in!!!

I am 234.6. I was aiming for 232.8. That makes me 1.8lbs over. I'll take it.

Tomorrow I am resetting all of my Day 1's, as it is all too confusing now.

My new personal challenge is 37 days.
37 days of as much consistency as possible, to take me to the end of April, and to see what I have achieved.
37 days of low cal, low carb, no cheese (except MAX 2T parmesan per day, and as little wine as possible.

I can do it!!
