I did this today in my new Scan Pan (nonstick). It was a little hard to roll because the egg went sliding all over the place. I used fish sauce instead of the other stuff and a few drops of saccharine.

I also used 4 eggs, so I'll have 1/2 left over. I guess they send it in Bento lunches and eat it cold. We'll have to see how that is.
