BTW when you do start to use yogurt (for Atkins that would be when you reach the Dairy level/rung of OWL) I would use the fullfat one (not the 0% or the 5% version) as the lowfat or nofat stuff usually has extra additives to make up for the fact that taking out the fat usually makes it taste yukk!!
