Well today is April 6, 2010. That puts me at 4 full months of detoxing and cleansing. And I have to tell you (aside for the head cold) I feel 1000 times better.

Energy is back, no more mid afternoon fatigue, headaches gone, heart rate back to normal, no more aches and pains.

Go a hold of it and no longer going to let it go!!!!! No all I have to do is get back into shape!!!!
