From the research I've read, I do believe that it is healthier to eat meat and animal fat than to eat vegetarian. Nonetheless, I am interested in, and have been looking for articles about vegetarian populations and health. Overall mortality, etc. Anyone care to share studies they know about? There are various vegetarian populations whose choice of diet is based on religious values. They live their whole lives as vegetarians.
