I had my 4th on 10/26 , so I haven't gone back to work yet. I bought a more expensive pump and hope that it will do the trick once I'm off maternity leave and pumping regularly.

Congratulations on your fourth!
I also had my output decrease at about 11 months, and ended up weaning about one year of age for my daughter. Best of luck increasing your output.
