Yes. I don't know how many carbs I eat, but I eat plenty of vegetables and two or three portions of fruit daily. I've been losing about two pounds a week for at least one and a half months. I haven't given up on dairy yet, but I don't eat grains or sugar except for the occasional piece of 85% dark chocolate. Eating vegetables and fruits doesn't make me crave junk food.
