I'm finding this conversation to be very interesting even though it is quite hard to follow not knowing about the diets which are being discussed. I have had the pancreas tail and at least 70% of head removed leaving only a sliver of head next to the liver so as not to invade the liver and spread cancer into it. I haven't been able to locate any others with pancreas removal to discuss their lifestyles. I have felt most isolated. By this conversation I'm gleening that a Type 1 and I have the same problem. True?
