If I do what you did, I'd see that kind of water weight gain too.....but I don't do it because its just not worth it to me.

What are the treat foods you indulge in when you do go off?
Do you have them moderately or do you overeat them because you miss them?
Have you tried to find replacements for them that fit the parameters of your plan?
