Don't know where you live, but here in the northeast we can get Joseph's Low Carb Pitas. Only 4 net carbs per generous (but wafer thin) pieces.
I slice them horizontally so I have a circle (saving the second half for the next day). I spread the tuna on top, add a few thinly sliced grape tomatoes, sprinkle on grated sharp cheddar and slide in the toaster oven until the cheese is bubbling. Add a kosher half-sour pickle and -- with fewer than 4 net carbs total -- it's comfort food.
Sometimes for breakfast I smear the circle with mayo, line with freshly cooked bacon, and top with cheese that also gets melted.
