I fix tuna almost daily for lunch, its a great protein sourse.
I take a 6 oz can of tuna and squeeze the water out(hate the oil). I add 1 tbsp mayo, dill relish, spicy mustard(to taste). Mix well. I like to put this over 2C salad, you may need to as a touch of water to the tuna mixture to make it a little more spreadable. I dump it on my salad and I love it! When I want to add more oil to my diet, I put 1 tbsp of olive oil over the salad first. Yum!
