I used to say the Beach to demonstrate I was in the know but anyone who's not doesn't know to what yer referring but when you say "the Beaches" e everyone in the GTA knows exactly what yer talkng about. Anyway last weekend after Toronto's Santa Claus parade we went to Astoria on the Danforth, not to be confused with Asteria a block west on the Danforth not far from the Bloor Viaduct. Astoria's pork suvlaki is truly awsome just skip the high carb sides and it's all good.
