Default I did it again!

This morning another 30 mins on treadmill then went to the gym and worked out for an hour and then this evening another 30 treadmill! I felt great...tons of energy!

Even though I did really well on the resistant machines..my main goals will be the mountain climbing and (I am not sure what you call it but) Hand-Feet Bicycle! I did 4.5 minutes on mountain climbing and about 5 on the HFB! Would like to increase these times!
