Default Pizza Omelette!

2-3 eggs
black pepper
fresh chopped Italian herbs of your choice
olive oil spray
grated mozzarella
Your favourite LC pizza toppings

1.Beat eaggs with black pepper and Italian herbs
2.Heat an ommeteet pan until it is HOT, then spray with olive oil.
3.Pour egg mixture into pan, tip to coat, add pizza toppings and cheese.
4. Turn off the heat and wait for cheese to melt and omelette to set.
5. Fold over and eat!
