Fortunately I saw the ultrasound when I was diagnosed and my ovaries were a mess! They were covered in big cysts and my doctor at the time said it was quite bad. They definitely look different now and I guess if my periods are like clockwork (which they are!) it makes sense.

It continues to amaze me how many medical professionals don't believe that there's a lifestyle way to manage PCOS.
