Didn't get the chance to workout yesterday, but I went shopping and walked alot, if that counts for anything.
Made it through to today's workout but still not feeling my best this week because of the bloatedness and all the other stuff that pms brings. Partly my fault for not watching my salt intake this month!
Step aerobics and leg work w/ankle weights: 60 min
