Default Assorted low carb dips

Chunky guacamole: mashed avocado, lime juice, diced jalapeno, cilantro, garlic, touch of diced tomato, salt.

Bob Armstrong dip: creamy queso in a big bowl (the veleveet/rotel one works fine), a scoop of sour cream, a scoop of guacamole, a scoop of ground beef, some diced jalapenos, all stirred together.

Chunky veggie pico: diced onion, tomato, cilantro, (equal parts of those three) garlic, fresh jalapeno, lime juice, salt. All diced into a cnuky mix. This is also especially wonderful beaten into eggs before you scramble them.

Garlic spread: In a small food processor, mince several cloves of garlic with sea salt. While the processor is still going, very, very slowly pour in a steady stream of oilve oil, letting it whip and blend. It will whip into a spread that looks like mayo. Perfect for eating on rotissery chicken, steaks, etc.

These dips are great with pork rinds, raw veggies, spooned over steaks, chicken, seafood, on high fiber crackers, etc.
