Gymnema,fenugreek,bitter melon,banaba
leaf,cinnamon: Been there,done that.
These supplements did not help my
glucose at all.Tried for several months.
Chromium pinolinate and alpha lipoic acid
have helped a bit.I will try vitamin D.
