Hi, I'm a christian single, It is hardest for me after church, every sunday they have doughnuts, or home bakes cakes, fruit breads, with the coffee, I get my coffee and step away from the tables every week, if i sit down, I will be cheating before I know it. I pray a lot for restraint,lol.
