Great point to make!
I've just bought a bag, ground it up in my morter and pestle (however u spell that) and have a meatloaf in the oven as we speak!
I used the ground pork rinds in place of the breadcrumbs in the recipe ( of a lc cook book!)
Anyone else got any ideas for this versatile food?
