If you want to be lazy, this year I found Carb Countdown Egg Nog in the stores. It doesn't taste too bad.

Do a search on the internet and you will probably find tons of homade egg nog recipies that are low carb. Eggs being a staple and all. I've made my own up a few times with different recipies.
