I forgot to mention. Don't do the exact same thing everyday. Some people might think this is good -- but after a week or two or four - your body seems to adjust/adapt, get set on "cruise control" and it seems that your goals slow down.
So one meal a week, eat something not on the good list. Once every four weeks, stop taking half your supplements for a week. Our get one set of supplements for odd weeks and another set of supplements for even weeks. Or stop taking one supplement for a week, then add it back and drop another supplement for a week, etc.
some people refer to this as "cycling" -- I can't remember some of the other terms for this practice of changing things up.
