It sounds like you still have a way to go. I would seriously consider finding a thyroid expert to help you if this new one freaks out about your suppressed TSH (which will happen). The worst thing that could happen to a hypoT is to get a suppressed TSH b/c suddenly the doctor wants to keep you hypoT. You need a doctor who will look at your Free Ts once you start thyroid treatment and/or go by symptoms.

I agree with Nancy. I think you'd be better off to get your thyroid normalized before attempting to conceive. I personally know someone who miscarried even though she'd just started thyroid therapy early into the pregnancy.
