What works for me for travel is I stay away from sugary things mostly and don't beat myself up when I get home if I wasn't perfectly on plan. Life happens, ya know? I don't use it as an excuse to binge, and don't stress out over any of it. The basics of this plan is knowing which vegetables and which proteins we can have an abundance of. Look at what you can have, not what you can't. You're doing great with a 10 pound loss already. Just hang in there and do what you can to stay on plan. Tighten it up when you get home.
