I looked at your profile and she is really cute! She doesn't look the least bit fat to me.

All kids have different growth patterns. Mine tended to put on height and weight in spurts, so sometimes they were chubby and then the height would catch up and they would be skinny for a while until their weight had time to catch up. They're 15 and 19 now and both of them are thin.

Big kids often crawl and walk a little late. My son, who was a big baby (he is now 6'3" tall), didn't crawl until he was a little past nine months old and didn't walk until he was about 14 months old. However, once he could walk he caught up with everyone else an was even somewhat athletic.

As long as your daughter is eating healthfully and has lots of opportunities to crawl around once she learns how, I'd just wait to see what happens. You may well find that once she is able to be physically active, she'll get a lot less interested in eating and burn up a lot more calories. At least, that's what my kids did.
