My transgressions
What I did wrong: - Was very afraid of saturated fats
- Ate too many peanuts
- Ate too much cheese
- Overindulged in alcoholic drinks
- Ate standing up
- Mindless eating in general (e.g., while working -- not taking a break from the computer)
What I'm (hopefully) doing right: - Keep the Atkins book with me at all times.
- Eat real food instead of LC frankenfood.
- Keep a wee eye on calories. Not counting, but being mindful of a series of high-calorie days.
- Maintain an honest food journal.
- Commit to exercise.
