Welcome to this site. Your english is good. My sister used to live in Hungary, north of Budapest, she taught english in a school. I got the chance to visit her there in 1993, and had a nice time. I remember lots of bread there, not so many vegetables.

I don't use the low carb products that we have here. I stick to eating eggs, meat, lots of vegetables, small amount of nuts and fruit.
