bent-over rows-- 58 x 12, 10, 10
rope rows-- 40 x 10, 50 x 10, 10
straight-arm pushdowns-- 40 x 10, 30 x 10, 10 (slow)

Biceps:
curl bar curls-- 59 x 3 / 48 x 8, 8, 8
rev. curls-- 50 x 10, 10 / 60 x 10
side out curls-- 15 x 10, 10, 10

rebounder 20 mins., 21 push-ups, 4 sets jagger squats, stretch
felt good today. Regular lowcarbing, good meal before work out.
Getting use to not having a spotter, but know it's hurting my progress. Oh well.....
