I'm not sure if I have 100+ more to lose. I lost 120. According to insurance height-weight tables I need to be 180, but I've been there and looked like skin on bones, so this time-around I'm shooting for 230-240 instead of the standard 180.
Interesting that on those "ideal" tables, most sports athletes would be classified as obese, and body builders would be morbidly obese!
