I don't think you're wrong at all, Fred. I have to watch calories too. I've been watching calories for about 4-5 weeks now and I'm finally, finally seeing my weight go down reliably. The good part is, my appetite is getting less and less too. Really hasn't been difficult on Atkins. I think I'm eating about 50% calories from fat now whereas before it was around 60-70%.
