Question Lactose Sensitivity is a breakfast and lunch dilema

I have become sensitive to dairy products ever since having my gall bladder removed 4 years ago. Breakfasts are going to become a challenge in the future. Right now I'm surviving by making double portions of dinner, and saving one portion of protein and steamed veggies for the next morning.

Cream cheese seems to agree with me, and hard boiled eggs, but on my no-go list is yogurt, hard cheese, milk, cream, whipping cream, sour cream, cottage cheese, quark, tzaziki sauce. Sometimes I splurge with melted cheese, but pay for it afterwards. I hate eggs other than hard boiled.

Any suggestions? In a few weeks I'm afraid a porkshop or slices of meatloaf may no longer be appealing for breakfast.
