When you are reallly truly ready...you will just do it. Thats my strong, firm believe. I am not sure what it will take becuase its a different string of events for each person. As you know it is a lifestyle change....you have to believe it and be willing to make it permanently.... maybe you dont really WANT to lose the weight??? something is holding you back and I will be your friend while you figure it out!
