oops forgot to post the rest of this weeks stuff
12/3 was HIIT
12/4 was upper body and cardio. I was feeling really muscle weak
12/5 was HIIT
today was lower body BFL and it went very well. legs were a bit jello at the end but I did some really heavy weights. It felt good to know I could do it. Cardio was a bit wobblely but it did the full time and miles!
