Hi Jaqui: You have the right attitude! Also, when I went to the doctor the other day my blood pressure was lower than it had been in years... it was actually "normal." And, I have only lost 15 pounds! Additionally, I was on prescription medication for daily indigestion and I have been able to give it up completely with no indigestion. Its amazing! mad
