Thanks for your help. I feel far more positive now. I was so scared about having to eat tofu and eggs all day everyday. :-)
Can you give me an idea of what your average day's meals are like?
Do you eat a protein with every meal?
What are these Protein Powders that I keep reading about?
Why no milk?
Which cheeses are okay? - I have read that Cheddar is bad.
