No such thing as negative carbs
Sorry folks those crispbreads have got 29 g carbs per 100g. Forget the fibre, it is not relevant. Have a look at the sticky on carb and fibre counting at the top of this forum which explains that in the UK you do not subtract fibre from the carb figure.
