question about the mock danish

Hi, I just read the info about mock danish...sounds good! I'm just wondering how many servings there are per danish so I don't over-do it. It says 4gms carb per serving, which is a lot for induction! Thanks, Lori

I believe that one mock-danish = 1 serving. And you are right - that is a lot for Induction, especially if you want to eat any other cheese. So you could wait and have that as a treat for your first post-Induction breakfast.

If you were to have 3 eggs, a few slices of bacon and a mug of decaf with cream you'd be eating the same 4g of carbs, Lori ;)
