addition to meat ball recipe
Hi Karen,
It's Judy from Charlotte N.C. I made your recipe for Feta and Olive Meat Balls again last night and they were great as usual. The difference this time was I made them with Lamb and after I made the balls I made and indention with my thumb in the middle of each ball and added Pine nuts and then gently closed the ball.They tasted like a Syrian recipe (Kibby)our family makes. Many of the Syrian recipes as you probably know use Lamb, feta and pine nuts. It was GREAT. Happy,Healthy year to you. Judy :wave: |
