Multivitamin researchers find no health benefits
Perhaps, but I have taken C, D and magnesium that seem to help me. The only veggies I eat are fresh dill pickles and a sweet potato on occasion.

Review of studies on multivitamins...studies designed to fail...result a finding of no benefit.
Logical. Deceiving. FUD. Fear, Uncertanty, Doubt. OTOH I acknowledge that there are a lot of low quality mltivitamins out there that use components in forms that are not usable by the body. |
I wonder if that site that tests supplements would be able to recommend a good multivitamin?

I think it's a fundamental misconception, based on the RDA. When I tracked my food while first low carbing, I paid particular attention to getting my RDA because everyone said I wouldn't.
The only place I came up short was vitamin D, and everyone needs to supplement that, anyway. In my experience, multis are a waste of money. Finding the ones you are short on, and getting yourself topped up? Priceless. |
