Anyone do this? I've just been on eBay and brought 30 Day Shred, Ripped in 30, No More Trouble Zones, Banish Fat Boost Metabolism.

I did Shred last year and I did really enjoy it, moved house and a few of my things got lost in the move, this was one of them.

I did her 30 day shred a few years ago when I was at a normal weight. The work out is good but her personality annoys me. She's rude and seems to think it's OK to be abusive to someone if they are overweight. For that reason I just couldn't get into her dvds. If you don't have a problem with that though then her workouts are actually pretty decent.

I'm on level 1, this is day 7 for me. I'm enjoying so far, but I have to keep it low impact because of my bum knee. I understand level 2 is the killer.

It's extremely important to work with someone you click with. Even if they're on a DVD. It would be great if Robb Wolf would do a DVD. He looks like he has a really nice personality and doesn't act condescending like Jillian.

I have to hit the mute button on her I must admit, mainly because I kept laughing at her. Very arrogant and condescending.

She was on a local news show here a few years ago and she went around to all the staff's desks checking their personal mini fridges and food. She berated them, yelled at them, snatched the food out of their hands, and just acted terribley in general. Since when is being fat or not eating to her (high carb low fat) standards a greater sin than being a bitch? If nothing else you'd think just plain ol' good manners would be in order. Not for her apparently.

I can't stand people like Jillian who turn all hardass after they lose the weight. It's like their ego inflates to the size of Texas after they slim down and they have to pick anyone who's even slightly overweight or out of shape. Totally disrespectful.
