I'll join the challenge for the month. I have only been back to CAD/CALP since this past Monday, but I am firmly on plan and want to stay that way. :yay:
Challenge for Nov on my CALP plan is Make sure that I balance my RM Eat enough at CM's so I don't overeat at RM Drink all my water Try to exercise at least 3-4 times a week. Having this challenge is an excellent idea. Come on everyone. Lets here your challenges for the month.. :wiggle: |

[QUOTE]. keep journaling, no matter how I am doing~
Thanks Allura and Cori for reminding me about journaling. Yes, that is a must. Will help keep us on the straight and narrow. :wiggle: I hope I did the quote right. :) |
OK Cori, how did you do the quote? Mine didn't turn out like yours. I just did the one right up above that says Quote Tags, but that is not quite the one I want.
Help :wiggle: :wiggle: :wiggle: |
Count me in!
OK, I really need to get back on track.
My goals: 1) Figure out a plan I can live with that will gradually get me to my ideal size. 2) Eat 'normal' amounts of 'normal' foods, and feel 'normal' about food 3) Eliminate cravings which lead to overeating the wrong things. 4) Exercise to keep up strength, endurance, attitude. November challenge to get me to my goals: 1) Follow CALP to the letter (except occasional unbalanced RM) 2) Log everything I eat, good or bad, and attempt to identify patterns & problem areas. 3) Exercise at least 3 times per week. 4) Restaurant meals no more than 3 times per week. ******* Lila 188/188/140 |
Dianee - The code will look like this. I added some extra spaces inside the square brackets so it will show instead of quoting:
[ QUOTE=AlluraD ] 4. keep journaling, no matter how I am doing~[ /QUOTE ] |
Hi all! I'll hop on board. I've been Cad'ing since May but fell apart sometime in September and need to get it all back together. Today was day 1 going back on plan. I feel physically sick and I can't wait for the three days to pass so my system will be out of this withdrawl.
Goals: 1. Eat 2 CM's and an RM 1a. Seek out variety so I don't get bored! 2. Get lots of veggies in my meals 3. Drink water, water, water 4. Don't be afraid to post my slips Good luck everyone! |
OK Girls.. How did we do with our first day challenge? :wiggle:
I did Ok. My RM could have been a little better. DH, decided to make chili. I did manage to balance it with a huge salad with tons of CM Veggies in it. Good thing is, I didn't eat even half of what I normally do. I don't normally eat a salad with chili, but this did make a difference. My 2 CM's were on plan also. I did manage to drink all of my water for the day, and I did my journaling. Exercise, HUM.. Well that still needs a little room for improvement. Melissa, Glad you decided to hop on board. The first few days back on plan is hard, espcially the first day. Good luck.. Let us know how you are doing. Lila, Hope you were able to get a good start on plan. Of course trying to get back on track when it is the start of a week-end, is really difficult. Just remember, if you can't do it starting today, jump back on track come Monday. :wiggle: Allura, How did you do today? CAD is a wonderful program and one I think you will grow to love. It is a little hard for the first few days, then it gets easier. Hang in there. Lowco. How did you do with your exercise? Wow, you are really on a roll. I wish I could get motivated enough to get out and jog.. I was walking every night with my dog, but now that the time changed it is dark when I get home from work and it is getting way to cold too. I need to come up with another plan for exercising. Keep up the good work. Looking forward to hearing how everyone did today. Have a great week-end. :yay: |
I did good! Stuck to my plans for the day! Gonna get two days under my belt and hit the exercise video cabinet on Monday!!! :hyper:
