I am at my biggest ever!!!
I cannot afford to buy new clothes anymore and I can't fit in my 'new old' clothes anymore either. The big belly and breasts gotta go now. Most of my weight sit in the upper part of my body, not the best look. It's gotta go now.

Coming from South Africa, you may or may not have heard of a fellow named Tim Noakes? His Real Meal Revolution beginner Banting online course is exactly how I got started with my own weight loss journey back in 2015.

Diet Doctor is another great resource that helped me along the way, but there's heaps of others as well. In fact there's plenty to read right here just by wandering through this forum, so take your time and ask any questions you may have.
