Co-Q10 and Magnesium with Calcium
I bought some Co-Q10 ages ago and took it once or twice and then forgot about it until I came across it while making a space in a cupboard for a magnesium and calcium powder I had just started using. I had not bothered with supplements for a long time but after seeing improvements in our horse when he started on magnesium, I decided to give magnesium a go and also start back on the co-q10 (30mg per day).
So anyway, I am now abe to put in more hours at work doing a physical job. I've gone from 8 hour days to regularly doing 10 hours and sometimes 12-13 and this is 6-7 days per week. I can't say for certain if it's the co-q10 or the magnesium and calcium, or a combination. |
You might not have been needing it so much as you do now. So pleased you found something that gives such an obvious boost to your health.

dr. jack kruse listed Co-Q10 as one of the must have vitamins.
his list (which i purchased) was a great addition to my well being... he really pushes the vitamin K. Kruse supplements |
I take it all the time, both of them, don't really feel different either way.
