hey fellow veg heads
this is gonna be strange but i'm willing to try lc again it worked last time lost about 20lbs then .
can some of you guys please post average days menu thanks in advance i am l/o veggie i love the cheese(i have not eaten eggs in about a year )but eggs are hard for me and giving up my beloved wine . here is my menu b/1or 2 hard boiled eggs l/mixed greens w/tofu and oil and vingar d/baked eggs w/ kale or spinach s/ 1oz goat cheese or pepper jack |
90% of calories:
1 lb raw veg 1 lb cooked non starchy veg 4 low glycemic fruits 1 C beans, peas or lentils 1 oz tree nuts 1 tbsp flax seed 10% of calories: whatever I want, usually fish, free range eggs or whole grains. Not LC but definitely low glycemic. |
