Back to Square One
 

Hello,

I have been a member here on and off for many years. Several years back I thought I was finally "cured" and was living a healthy and very active lifestyle. :agree: Due to life's many stresses, I have managed to put myself back to square one again in a relatively short period of time. I'm very disappointed, but am just going to have to do it again. There is no other option.

Anywho...I restarted yesterday. Can't wait to hit ketosis so the hunger will go away!! Looking forward to climbing this hill with you all :wave:
